Being Independent we will always offer the option of fee based advice only and as such refund any commission or procuration fee recieved. The precise amount of the fee will depend on your circumstances but we estimate that it will be £1000.

An application to completion service- we liaise with solicitors & surveyors to ensure your purchase or remortgage is as smooth as possible.
We will also keep you updated on your appliaction on a regular basis via e-mail or text.
Well after your mortgage has completed and as part of your on-going service we will contact you 3 months before the end of your preferential rate is due to mature and review your circumstances to ensure your rate remains as competitive as possible.
HOW IT WORKS
- Get To Know You- we will assess your current situation taking into consideration your earnings and debts that you might have and details of the property you wish to purchase or remortgage.
- Type of Mortgage- having discussed your requirements we'll help you to chose the best type of mortgage for your circumstances (repayment, interest only, fixed, flexible etc- there may be early repayment charges may apply to products of this type).
- The Market Place- we will review the whole of the mortgage market and present to you the options available.
- Application- once you are happy to proceed we'll move to the application stage and ultimately to a smooth completion.

Due to the way assets are now accumulated it is very common that you may reach retirement with most of your wealth tied up in your property.
Releasing equity in your property will allow you to access the capital without the need to move or have mortgage payments eat into your income.
At Generation Financial Services Ltd our Independent Financial Advisers have all the necessary qualifications and experience to help you and your family make the right decision.
As we have no ties to any provider we will search the whole of market for you, whether you are looking for a Lifetime Mortgage or Home Reversion Scheme for either an income or a lump sum we will help.
A Home Reversion Plan is a complex legal arrangement. Therefore you should seek independent legal advice prior to entering into any Home Reversion Plan.
Being independent and researching the whole of market for equity release we will always offer the option of fee based advice only and as such refund any commission received. The precise amount of the fee will depend on your circumstances but we will estimate that it will be £1500.
